we are booked for 6th - 10th of october this year, usually we go in late spring / mid summer so this is our first time doing the alternative, has anyone got an idea of what to expect weather wise ??

We went 3-6 October last year and were very lucky with weather, it didn't rain our whole trip and we were warm enough walking round in just tops and cardigans or thin jackets. It was very mild, plus you do so much walking it keeps you fairly warm anyway

I went in 2010 around those days too, and it was like 30+ degrees celcius. HOT!
I went in 2012 around the same days and it was like 10 degrees celcius and rainy.

So.. You can't really tell..

As for the weather: it can be anything of the above! We`ve had sun and rain and hot and cold...

All I can tell from my previous trip to DLP is that weather there is a matter of LUCK.  I've seen such differencies in summer, in winter ... it's unpredictable.
