I hope im in the right place if not could someone point to the right place. Can you only buy the pass's in Disney itself? Is there anywhere I could buy them online/over the phone even if it just gets me a temp one. Could I then use that to get the discounts on the hotels before we go?


If not how easy are they do buy once you are at the parks?
Am I right in thinking that if we had the pass then there would be no need for the meal plan or can you use them together?


Only asking as we are going the end of march and looking at going during the Christmas season or early next year.
