So, TEA/AECOM has published the "Theme Index: The Global Attractions Attendance Report" for 2012.

A short extract:
On place 1 it's the Magic Kingdom in WDW 17,536,000 visitors in 2012, up 2,3%
On place 5 Disneyland Park at DLP with 11,200,000 visitors in 2012, up 1.9%
On place 20 Walt Disney Studios at DLP with 4,800,000 visitors in 2012, also up 1.9%

And in the same report we see that Walt Disney had a total of 126,479,000 visitors at all their parks in 2012. Up 4,7%.
For place two, Merlin Entertainment Group had 54,000,000 visitors, up 16.4%.

Good to see WDS  coming in at number 20, hopefully  when Ratatouille opens next year the park will be in the top 15.
