Good Morning all, I was wondering if you could shed some light on the Annual Passports please?

I noticed on another thread that someone had mentioned purchasing your AP from the following website:-

Could anyone explain to me how this works please (my French translation isnt great) and how it can be so cheap compared to buying at DLP??  You also get an under 7 for free!!!
