You can mention at the gate which pass you want, and already pay the exact amount.

If you do buy a regular ticket, you will pay the difference at the passport bureau.

I've always find it easier to pay my ap at the gate.
Even when having the 10% off that is possible if the sponsor is already with you.

NCC1701Q

You can skip the whole "buy-a-ticket-first"-process by going to the most right ticketbooth at the Studios Park and buying your AP there.

Is that possible if wanting to pay the rest of the AP with monthly instalments via direct debit bank payments?

As above, is this possible when wanting to pay for the AP's using the monthly bank payment process?

I will be purchasing 4 passes and paying for them monthly.

If you want that option, I don't think so, as I believe there's paperwork to fill out.

Thank you anyway  :)

Someone has suggested I try at Donald's Desk so I may give that a go, or simply go in myself and see if I can complete the paperwork for all of us.

Just in case this benefits anyone else:

After my question above regarding Annual Pass monthly payments  and the potential for signing up for them without having to purchase day tickets for the park, I have called the Annual Passport helpline today and managed to speak with someone fairly quickly and they have confirmed that windows 10, 11 and 12 of Walt Disney Studios are dedicted to Annual Pass purchases - even the monthly payment scheme - and a day ticket for the parks is therefore not necessary.

If this is successful (I know sometimes information can be incorect) then I'll come back and confirm.

Wish me luck  ;D

looks like I will need to go down the whole book the AP in advance & getting the vouchers thing I've read about

Hello NCC1701Q,

You seem to be the topic expert...

I've always bought APs at the park previously, but I'm considering buying in advance on line, to beat the April price increase.  Just to clarify, I fill out form on the link below & send it off & I'll get back vouchers which I exchange for passes at the park so I will still get my full year of validity from the day I exchange my vouchers for passes in the park, have I got this right?

& I have up to 6 months to exchange these vouchers, is that right?

Hello KazDee,

you can either buy them at the parks or online.
If you buy them at the parks, you can do it two ways: buy them outside the parks at the Walt Disney Studios Park-ticket-booth OR buy a one day-ticket online, use that to enter the park and get the annual pass at the Bureau Passeport Annual where the one-day-ticket-price will be subtracted from the amount due. In both cases the validity-period starts on the day you buy them (so when you are in the park).

If you buy them online, you get a voucher with which you can enter the park once and get your definitive annual pass made at the Bureau Passeport Annuel.

If you buy them online, you cannot be sponsored and get the 10% discount. If you buy them in the parks and have not had annual passes the last 2 years, you can be sponsored by another annual-pass-holder and get a 10% discount on your annual passes.

The passes, both fully paid at once or in monthly installments, are valid rightaway. Ofcourse, if you fail to pay the monthly installments, the pass will be suspended after some time.

I've just bought my first annual pass. We already have two package breaks booked April and next be but with discounts/photo pass etc plus chance for another trip or two will make it worth while. For restaurants etc do I just show it when asking for bill or when I get there (is that how I get the non alcoholic drink) and does it count on quick service for drinks etc?

Also what do I do for the photo pass, is there something I'll get a voucher for etc? I was going to wait till I got there to buy but saw the price increase.

Hi rocker,

that is correct. There have even been reports that on the day of getting your definitive AP, you can use the voucher to park on the parking lot for free (if that is included with the kind of AP you're buying).

Hi,

the discount is applied when paying. So when you're with your merchandise at the cash register or when you're ordering at a counter service restaurant. When you're at a table service restaurant, show your AP when sitting down to get the free cocktail and when asking for the bill to get the discount.
Some products are not eligible for discount, books being one of them.

If you have an Infinity-AP, just go to any store that sells the PhotoPass+ and get your free PhotoPass. If you have an AP that gives discount on the PhotoPass+, show it before buying it.

I hope this helps!

Brilliant, thanks for your re-assurance on this.  We arrive in the middle of the day by Eurostar, hopefully they will accept our vouchers at the luggage drop & won't charge us to leave our bags...

Just to confirm -

I was able to purchase AP's with the monthly payment plan option via window 11 (and 12) of Walt Disney Studios. 10 wasn't open but the queue was very small first thing in the morning. I didn't need a day ticket. Just to pay the initial 55€ per pass.  ;)
