It looks clear the curve fountains have a mechanism so it looks true they will be swerving to the music.

They have to test every water pump and check that every jet is working correctly. Also, they're cheking communication via DMX.

So one of the elements in the show is fire, right?

Question: Where do you think they'll place  the fire? In the moat? Around the castle?

My guess is around the castle, something similar to this video below at Disneyland, CA.

Probably, they'll be placed on both sides of the castle. I've read they're testing some fireworks on the lakes.

Where did your read that?

DCP, but I doubt it. Beacause Disney Dreams! is not as WoC. Our show has fireworks. That means that if there're going to present 2 shows per day, they have to remove the fireworks shells of the first show and place the new ones for the second.
