When I was at the park last week, I was looking for a specific item and city hall gave me the same email to contact and ask about ordering. I sent them off a letter Monday. We shall see how long it is before or if I get a response.

I have just placed an order with them through email.  I sent card number in one email and other details in another 2.  They didn't confirm it was sent until I asked them to cancel it as I hadn't heard anything, so it's om the way to me.  DHL €15.99, cogsworth €69.00.  worked out cheaper than trying to order it from the Disney store and paying postage.  Wasn't in stock when I ordered it from Dlrp but is now :-\ only thing is, I probably would have got it quicker

    Slimy yet satisfying

That's strange? I was there last week and wanted to purchase a picture from Harringtons. They informed me that postage outwith France has been withdrawn due to excess breakage issues. They told me my only option was to post using the office in the train station. Too big for handluggage.

HI, was in dlp a couple of weeks ago and saw a lovely picture frame. Didn't buy it as I didn't want to carry it around for the day (but found out when I got home that if you buy before 3pm you can leave it at shop and collect later or they will send it to your hotel free of charge!) anyway I emailed the mail order service 2 days ago, filled in an online form and explained what the frame looked like. I have heard nothing of yet not even an email to let me know that they have had my message. Has anybody out there had any dealings with the mail order service very recently I would love to hear from you as I really would love my picture frame.
    Kind regards, Disney25.

Sometimes you receive a response straight away, sometimes it takes a while, but there have also been cases when you don't hear from them (this happened to me once, actually, but I usually receive a response later in the same day). If I were you, I'd wait for a couple of days, and if you don't hear from them try a different email address, it seems to do the trick.  ;)

Hi thanks for responding I'll do that. I'm sooooo impatient!!!
