Can someone tell me if there is going to be an World of disney store in disney village and when?

there were plans to build it some time ago, but for the moment nothing more is known.

Apparently it's meant to go in the space just in front of the large Gaumont building, opening out onto the new esplanade and central resort hub.  Rumours suggested a 2008 opening, but since then we've heard nothing.

I think it is still planned as an addition to Disney Village, but perhaps they want to see how well their first proper new attraction does, before committing to this (probably quite expensive) project?

Raptor mentioned in the Disney Village expansion topic that the changes to the Village will be in three phases, with the second starting this September, so perhaps proper new additions could begin construction for Phase III?  September 2007 perhaps?  Just a guess...
