The Last Lecture

Have you ever heard about Randy Pausch and his "Last Lecture"?

He was a professor at the Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh and he was diagnosed with cancer. After the diagnose, he decided to do a last special lecture about "Achieving His Childhood Dreams". He did this lecture during our time in the US in September 2007.

I post this, because one of his dreams was to become an Imagineer and he really achieved it and worked for WDI for half a year. He is a professor for virtual reality and at WDI he was involved in such a project. In this lecture he also talked about his time at WDI.

He died in July 2008.

Here you can find some informations about him and "The Last Lecture":

Here you can watch the video of the last lecture, but you can download it on itunes, too.

This site is about the book he wrote and it was published by Disney owned Hyperion Books.

So if you have time, watch the video. It's really very interesting!!!
