Meal plan - adults eat off kids menu?

We have the premium meal plan.
We have two adult kids, but both suffer with IBS. Sometimes they eat more than me, other times they eat little. Can they choose to have the kids menu?

Our kids have small appetites and in the past it hasn't been a problem for us...
