It depends on the level of room you stay in.  If you stay in a club level room (eg, Sequoia Lodge Golden Forest, Newport Bay Compass) then it will as breakfast is always included with them.  But if you stay in a normal level room then it won't.  To get breakfast included with a normal level room for arrivals after 29th March you had to have booked by October 13th 2016.
