Hi all,

Decided to book for Feb half term and arrive 4 days after my wife bday. We have the "free" standard half board meal plan.  Thinking as it's close to her bday to arrange on first night to book cafe Mickey, and bday cake as a belated present. 

What are people's experience of cakes at Cafe Mickey? Is it characters that bring it out? Etc

We always go there for my daughters birthday and get a cake.  We went in May of this year and it is an ice cream cake.  The waiter brings it out with mickey and mickey danced with my daughter and made a big fuss of her whilst the birthday song was on xxx

Yeah we go in Feb, so characters are still at Cafe mickey

We were at Café Mickey for breakfast and there were a few birthdays. One girl was nice enough to share her cake (as it was far too much breakfast ice cream for the 2 of them!) and it was lovely.
