  just found out that Buzz laser ride is closed for nearly 3 weeks in November and we are missing it reopen by 3 days. Does anyone one know how strict these dates are. Is there any likelihood (hope) that it may ee-open a couple of days early?

There's always a small chance, but with a period of three weeks there might not be a lot of "margin" in the planning, 3 days means they are done 1/6th earlier than they now have planned.

Where did you find that? The Dutch website says this:

October - December 2016

If u go into the calendar on the website and click on the date you are going it states the opening hours for that day and also list temporary closures. They've said it will be closed from the 7th to the 25th November. My boys are going to be gutted.

I'm either a total noob, because I can still only find the list I pasted above (I'm new to Disney, so yeah...), or I'm in a serious case of denial (I'm going 13th - 17th).

I hope it isn't closed when I go, because it looked like sooooo much fun!
