Hi there,

already tried to post my question or try to find the answer by going to the sticky topic about this, but unfortunately nothing yet. So I'm posting it as a seperate thread. (sticky topic; https://forum.dlpguide.com/index.php?topic=1465.0 )

We have APs and would like to book a resort hotel. We asked at the AP office at DLP and they referred us to the hotels (guest relations said the same). When we got to the hotels, staff was confused and told us, after a lot of back and forth, they can't book rooms. They just get the booked rooms from reservation and that's it.

They gave us a phone number we can call but that is a French phone number and the staff was not able to tell us whether they also speak English. Our French is not good enough to complete a reservations and calls to France from the Netherlands also aren't cheap.

The Dutch phone number is a fixed price but just to call the desk to ask whether something is available and call back later just makes it all more expensive.

Is there an easy way for AP holders to book a hotel online or at least see the availability and pricing online? We are planning on going the weekend of March 26th and would like to stay at the Resort, maybe Hotel New York or Newport Bay Club.

Is it strange you expect something like this as an AP holder? Information on what/how AP holders can book is minimal which is sad, as AP holders will come back more often and spend more money.

We just rang the booking number& explained we were annual pass holders, he gave us the price & we compared it with the online price.

It's often cheaper, not to mention easier, to simply book online for the number of guests without APs (or one adult, if your entire party has them) and add in the AP holders on arrival at the hotel. You pay at the hotel a euro or two per guest per night in local taxes.
