Is there a list of Restaurants that you cannot book?
I understand that all Character Dinning is booked and all Table Service you book. But what about the others?

Simply go to the DLP website, choose All Dining under Things to Do and filter Type of Service to Reservations Accepted.

Not all table service restaurants accept reservations, e.g. Café des Cascadeurs.
