Is there a reason why Disneyland Paris' webpage only contains a limited amount of information and is not too user friendly? For example, I have a booking to go to Disneyland Paris but if I want to make changes to it or add anything I need to call Paris. Why can't everything just be done online like so many other web pages allow you to do?

Most travel websites code in features because customers expect them and to either get a competitive edge or to stay competitive with other sites which have them. Disneyland doesn't need to do that because there's nobody to compete with. And I expect comparatively few people change DLP bookings anyway. So it would be a bad use of their time and resources to code it.
