That EMH on Saturday starts at 0800 not 0900 D: I was convinced that EMH on Saturdays was from 0900 and park opening was at 1000... I was genuinely heartbroken to discover EMH was 0800 and park opening was 0900. On my very last day, too!

Granted this is my fault for not reading the schedule properly due to lack of sleep but there's my advice: read your leaflets properly or risk missing out!

thanks for all the advice but i must admit i am getting a bit confused with everything that i have read as i have read soooo much!
we have booked two of our restaurants and are looking to book two more this weekend.
we arrive early on a monday morning so hoping to check in get our passes and hit the park.
Do we get the photo pass and the autographs book from the hotel checkin? are they free or do you pay for them?
does the dlp site show the times of parades etc on their website or do we have to wait until we get there to pick up the leaflet and maps? we have booked chez remy for dinner on the first day so would it be better to do the studios first then the magic kingdom the next day??
as i said i am really confused as i have read so much. going with my daughters aged 5+11 who love princess sofia an and love all big rides and shows. are the shows only in French?

I have never used photopass so I cant help with that. As far as I know you have to pay for it.  Do you mean the autograph book that you get characters to sign autographs in? You have to buy that yourself.

The shows and parade times are listed here https://wdpromedia.disney.go.com/media/wdpro-dlp-assets/prod/en-gb/system/images/show-and-parades.pdf It gets updated on a weekly basis. Currently the times are for 16 to 22 January 2016

Thats really a personal preference. The two parks are beside each other, so its very easy to park hop. You dont have to do the Studios on the same day as your meal in Chez Remy

. are the shows only in French?

some of the shows are in English, you will have to check when you get the the times of the English version shows you want to see

You have to pay for PhotoPass+ (€49.99) and you can buy it at your hotel boutique or anywhere that sells photos throughout the parks. Alternatively you will be issued a paper PhotoPass for free by the first photographer you meet; if you do this you need to pay for prints and downloads. If you want more than around half a dozen photos you will be better off buying the PhotoPass+ – but if you want to leave your options open, you can get the paper pass and transfer them once-off later on if you decide you want to download them.

Autograph books can be purchased in most shops for less than €10.

The shows and parades timetable can be downloaded online and a new one is uploaded usually on Fridays.

If you've booked Bistrot Chez Rémy then it makes sense to plan your day to be in the Studios at that time and in Disneyland Park (it isn't called the Magic Kingdom, that's in Florida) other times.

Some shows are bilingual and others are in French or English. The specific languages are identified in the shows and parades timetable (except for Stitch Live!, which will be indicated on digital signs outside the venue).

Plan and have a good study of the maps before you go so you know roughly where everything is. 

Also work out what is important to you i.e. the rides, the parades or just soaking up the amazing atmosphere and do a rough plan of what you want to do when depending on how much time you have available.

Absolutely - my advice is not to under estimate the distance you need to walk between parks. Good planning can save a lot of time and ones feet!

If you need to move from one end of the park to the other quickly there is a covered walkway from Liberty arcade all the way to Pirates of the Caribbean!
