When we stayed at Cheyenne the characters came to the hotel. Do they do this in Newport Bay please?

They don't visit any hotel now.

Characters at hotels have been mostly abolished owing to the practice of locals of coming to the hotels and getting photos, thereby crowding out genuine paying guests. In lieu, they are to be found in the park during Extra Magic Hours.
