I know this is thinking waaaay ahead but I like to be prepared, plus we need the time to save.
I have so many questions to ask, and I'll have so many more ..

There will be 4 of us going. Myself, OH, our daughter (she'll be 3), and our 10 month old (due in Feb). We're looking at staying in either the Cheyenne or the Santa Fe. However, if the budget will stretch a bit I do like the look of the Sequoia.

1) When will be the best time to book for late November/Early December next year?
2) We're planning on driving and going over on the ferry. We live up north (near Hull). Has anyone ever gone over to Brugge on the ferry and drove from there? Rather than driving down to Dover, ferry, then to DLP. Would you recommend it?

I would personally do the most of your driving on roads you're familar with. We thought about this, and decided it's best to drive the majority on the UK roads. We're also getting the Eurotunnel which only takes 35 minutes.
