Hello, we'll be there for Halloween with Annual Dream tickets and will be staying at the Explorer Hotel.  Is there any option to buy meal vouchers in advance for those not staying at a Disney hotel?  Apologies if this has been asked before.

Unfortunately only guests at the disney hotels can get meal plans
