Hey, so I am going to Disney soon and I have half board plus!
I also have to have a gluten free diet?
What are the best restaurants/places to eat??
And the 'sweet treat' at the end of the night, will that be gluten free?!

ohhhhkaaaay, it all depends how gluten free you need to be.  If you have to be absolutely clear they have a special gluten free menu where everything is tightly sealed and warmed up in a microwave.  These meals run at about 10 euros, some of them.....aren't bad. But they are basically micro meals.  Breakfast is your best meal, not sure which hotel you're in?  When you go for breakfast (tell them at reception when you arrive too) that you are on a gluten free diet (sans gluten), and they will bring you bread, cakes and biscuits.  You'll also be able to eat the yoghurts, fruit, bacon (if it's a hot buffet), and possibly the eggs.  Some hotels have trays of cold hams and cheeses, avoid the salami etc but the plain ham will be fine.
If you can take a little contamination you can get a decent selection at plaza gardens, and the steakhouse in the village, and restaurant des stars, cold meats, carvery, fresh fruit, jelly posts, fresh fruit, if you can find someone who understands you there'll be other things on the buffet you can eat too.  They almost always bring you over the 'special menu' but you can still pick bits from the carvery.  at Annette's you could have the burger without the bun, but to be honest, there was very little to it.  We found if we asked someone and they didn't understand they would go and find someone who did, fast food apart from chips is pretty much out.  Popcorn and toffee apples are good treats, also, at the main sweet shop on main street they do mickey head merangues which are safe.
Silver spur steakhouse is good - steak and chips are safe, but again you have a contamination risk.  Agrabah is no good, but at other buffets point at the dish, and ask 'sans gluten?'  and they'll usually take you along pointing at everything or shaking their head.
As far as the 'teatime treat' -use itfor drinks, if there's a short queue. at The restaurant at the entrance to the studios and café hyperion  in discoveryland, you can get a mini magnum with your voucher, (can't remember if they're gluten free - check on an English box before you go, but apart from that there are noooooo gluten free options, and they won't let you swop for something else or use the voucher at face value.  It's still worth getting your free drink, and maybe give the snack to your kids or partner?  or at café hyperion you can get 2 little mickey head cakes, one sponge, one chocolate, take them home with you and use them as gifts!
