Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me, I order 20th anniversary tickets in July, can I still use them this october? Thankyou

If you bought them in july; yes, most likely.
Disney's website states on http://offers.disneylandparis.co.uk/tickets/index.xhtml

20th Anniversary Ticket Save 20% when you buy a 20th Anniversary 1 day 2 park hopper ticket in advance of your holiday.
Ticket valid for 1 day in Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios within a 6 month period from one day after purchasing.
Prices valid for any ticket purchased between 28th March 2013 and 7th November 2013.

There could be some limitations if you bought it through an unlicensed vendor, but that should either be printed on the ticket itself or on the (optional) paperwork that came with it.
