Nope, there was never such a thing... Only offer that comes close is 'play & stay free' for under 12, but this is just available for a very limited time (Jan 6-Mar 19 2008) and only for booking a package (hotel+tickets) which will never apply to us AP holders.

and is it confirmed that it sextended as my dd will turn 3 in oct[/quote]
Yeah, definitely!

So your son will definitely not get the free AP anyway; you could just apply sponsoring or shareholder discount to your son's AP and any other you need (except that one you'll get your daughter's free AP for). If you need at least 4 more, there's also the family/group discount.

If your DD turns 3 in Oct (2007?) just go after that date and you'll be fine I guess. Should you plan to stay in Disney hotels you might even get the APs in advance to benefit from hotel discounts.

thanks for clearing that up i was just sure it was buy an adult get a child free and asumed that was any child

ok so with the passes i will need 3 adult and 2 kids [one 3 in oct 07] how do i go about the sponcer thing and how and when do i get them in advance? i need to wait to get hers but at the same time need to buy them asap really i think to get the room discount as we want to go 1-2 weeks before xmas so they are prob booked up already for the discounted rooms?

also we decided to get the passes as we thought we would benifit from the discounts more than anything how do you get them? just show your card when paying? also we have decided to do florida for 2-3 weeks next summer so dont think we will get back to dlrp within the year to use our passes again so do you think it would still be worth us getting the passes? as its not certain we would get a cheaper hotel room either at late notice like this :? would we be better trying to get a deal at an agent if thats possible? for the package :?
Cheers!

Hey pink,

hmmmh, if you won't come back during the 12 months it just depends on how long you stay and how much you plan to spend on restaurants and shops (the discounts there will be applied by just showing the AP).

For a 2 or 3 day stay I'd say just do the packages and you're comfortably fine.

For a longer stay or with the chance of coming back next year I'd say get APs. You'd need at least one AP at booking time already (just request the AP brochure at disneylandparis.com - easiest way). You could get the other APs that way, too, or directly at the resort (thus not "losing" 1 or 2 months of validity which is only important if you revisit the next xmas season).

Your daughter will be free either way (AP or package). And I have no idea if there will be nice hotel discount offers before xmas.

The sponsoring thing just works with APs you get directly on site: just show the 10% coupon you can receive from any AP holder. One month after getting your own APs you could sponsor friends, resulting in extended validity for your APs.

Hope I have answered everything...

Dear All

I have decided to be 'guinea pig' and attempt to purchase two 'francilien' passports from here in the UK.  Although it listed American Express as acceptable, I did have trouble with it and backtracked and used my Mastercard, which seems to have worked.  I have even received the confirmation email and so I'll just wait to see if they arrive by post?

Hopeful,
Lynne

Respectful thank-yous already now for this :) Telling from my collected impressions, informations and experiences with DLRP I'd highly bet on this to happen: "After payment and a waiting time between 1 and 3 weeks you'll receive your AP in all its colourful freshness by certified mail."

Let's see if this will happen :D

Cheers!

Well, I ordered the Francilien passports online on Wednesday afternoon and I have my 'temporary' annual passports in my hand this morning!

Great service, but if I still have to go and get my photographs taken etc once I get to the park, then I don't really see the advantage of purchasing online, except possibly if you get a better exchange rate, and I think I probably have as the Pound is strong at the moment.

Anyway, it works!

Lynne

Didn't the AP office stop issuing Envie De+ in paper format - seem to recall it becoming an 'online' only publication - which probably means that apart from any special offers/renewal you'll not receive anything.....

Just received my copy of envie de+ in the post on Thursday.

I am a holder of a dream passport, and have always rec'd the magazine in paper format.

It is just quicker to see it online
enjoy yourself, it\'s later than you think!

What happens if I sponsor 5-6 people at once?

Do I get 2 years free annual pass?

Can I renew my pass couple of months before the expiring date?

I was wondering has the offer of a free passport when you buy an adult passport been extended until january...

I seem to remember last time I bought the dream passport going to the booth at the right of the enterance (near where they let breakfast people in and opposite the hotel) is this still true as I need to buy again (I let it run out as we would not have got use last year). We then had to go to the office to get the proper card once admitted. Just wondering as some seem to say you now have to buy a tkt and get it deducted.

Hey, not sure if you can help but does anyone know if the Passport office will trade in a two day hopper pass towards the price of a Dream passport. I am kicking myself that I bought a pass instead of a passport. :(

We are thinking of purchasing the Dream Pass when we visit DLP in February. We are already members of the shareholder club, which gives us 15% off the price of the AP, but is there any other discounts that apply for a family of 4 (3 adults and 1 child under 7)?
