Restaurant’s opening hours?

What are the opening times of the restaurants in the Disney Village? When I visited the Resort during Summer, I went there after the closing of the Park, it was nearly midnight, and I wasn't able to go to any of them; some had the closing signs at the windows/doors, when I entered in some others, the waiters said: "Sorry, we are closing", and in one, they even closed the door when I was entering.....

I think most are open until around 11pm

What about the restaurants in the park, which ones are open late now that the park doesn't close until 11pm ??

apparently its quite variable due to parade routes and things
