Hi,

Does anybody know if the parks are open normal hours at New Years? We have never stayed at this time of the year but this year we are thinking of staying three nights starting 30th Dec. Just wondered who else has stayed over New Years and if it was any good?

We were in the parks on December 31st, 2016. Both parks were open till Midnight, there was a huge fireworksdisplay in the Studios and the "regular" Disney Dreams! of Christmas in the Disneyland Park.
Because of the cold (about -5 degrees celcius) and the fog (no fireworks visible) it was a bit disappointing, but the special New Years Eve-parade was great.
We're going again this year!

This year will be the 2nd time going at new year, we loved it.

Ditto. We were sad that the fireworks were not visible but the parade in the studios was amazing we toddled back to the hotel after 2am. Going again this year! BTW sitting in Cheyenne right now!!!

I saw footage of the Studios New Years Parade and Dr Faciliers party and they looked completely amazing.

Anyone know what kind of prices the DLP hotel rooms are at New Year when you have a Dream annual pass?

Whats Dr Faciliers Party?

My youngest loves Dr Facilier, has loved shadowman since she was about 2!  If there was something at new years with him involved that would be cool!
