No, there will not be a show in Chaparral Theatre.
Halloween isn't really the time for that, now is it?
The show returns back for Christmas, which is an appropriate time for it.
During Halloween they will only be at the parade.
Halloween is the time for the Villains.

I can imagine Elsa will be around during Halloween, seen as she can viewed as a villain sometimes. Though Hans would be a better option...

They will only be at their float during the daily Disney Magic On Parade.
