CitrusZing

With us it is usually 6-8 months in advance, however we have booked one short notice trip.

Jan 2015 - booked June 2014
Oct 2014 - booked April 2014
8th Jan 2014 - booked 27th Dec 2014
Nov 2013 - booked June 2013
May 2012 - booked Oct 2011.

It's better to book in advance and buy your Eurostar tickets as soon as they are released (mark it on a calender!). We flew over for the short notice trip. I wouldn't choose to fly again again.

About 6 weeks before I go, because I always book right after I come back from each trip.

it differs from trip to trip... out next trip was booked more than a year in advance (booked in october 2014 for Dec 2015).... but my last trip was booked only about 8 weeks before (booked Jan for March).... the one before that was booked about 6-7 months (booked July for Jan) prior to the trip and the others i cant remember how far in advance they were booked

Booked August 2010 for March 2011

Booked August 2012 for Feb 2013

Booked May 2013 for Feb 2014

Booked today for Dec 2015

I always book as much in advance as possible to get the best deal price  wise .

Likewise with travel . First two trips we went by eurostar so booked as soon as possible ( actually trip one we did as a package but learnt from here it's cheaper to book separately ). Last year we drove and booked the ferry as soon as the dates were released . Booked the flights today for December as the price has always gone up since we looked on Tuesday .

We booked our december 2014 trip in june
Our February 2015 trip in November
And our may 2015 trip jan (2days ago!)

It's always cheaper too book as early as poss :) like a few of us above I always book Eurostar first, then add hotel and park tickets. Used to always do a package and would never go back now. So much cheaper doing the 2 seperate plus ringing Eurostar directly ensures a wheelchair space on the train wich is vital now my sons bigger.

I have always booked about 6-7months out... Generally the savings are at the best. I was lucky this time and spotted an offer that was no longer available but Disneyland Paris honoured this! Got a character breakfast included as a jesters of goodwill...
