Hi All,

I am looking for some help.

My wife had her bag stolen recently and she had her Annual Passport for DLP in it. I was keeping our other 4 for our 3 kids and me.

We are visiting Paris in the middle of August and want to know how do we replace the stolen card. Can we get it replaced at the Annual passport office? Do we need to buy one day pass in order to have it replaced?

Any advice would be greatly welcomed.

Hi, that's bad luck! I can't help with a total answer, but I know that Disney do replace cards as there is a charge for replacement shown on the agreement you get when you take the passport out. I believe, by memory, that it is something like 25 Euros. I am sure that you will not have to buy a one day pass to reach the AP office but it may be that the external passport office "Bureau Donald" may be open in August as the park is naturally busy then so you may be able to use that facility.
I guess you should email DLRP and ask them what to do.
Worst case scenario, as your wife's card is the one missing, is that you could enter the park and got to the AP office to find out what you should do.

Yes I did a little searching and there is mention of a €25 charge but only if a card is to be re-magnetised. There isn't any actual mention that I can see on a replacement. Maybe its the same thing, same process

Like you said, at least I can enter the park and go to the Annual Passport office or hopefully the one at the entrance will be open.

I am just anxious that we will arrive and be told that we should have done something before we arrived.

It must have happened to others, unfortunately.

Two years ago I lost my ap during my Disney holiday. I realized it in the evening  at the hotel. So next morning I went to the "customer service" window (don't know the exact name), it's located on the left side, right before the main entrance, between Salon Mickey and the luggage store.  I described my problem and the cm asked me to show my id card than called the ap bureau. I had to wait until someone from this bureau came by and escorted me to the ap bureau. There I had to sign some papers and pay 25 euros. After that I had a "new"  ap.

This is exactly the kind of experience that I wanted to hear about. That has put my mind at rest. I don't mind paying the €25 (would prefer not to but such is life) as long as I don't have to go through too much hassle.
