When is the best time in November to Walt Disney world?

I want to go to Walt Disney world with my dad in November this yr my birthday is the 16th and I want to be home on my birthday. I know thanksgiving is the week after the 16th and I just want to know when is the best time in November to go thank you  :)

Thanksgiving will be Nov. 28 this year.   The parks will be decorated for Christmas at the end of the month, but it will also be crowded — especially Thanksgiving weekend.  So, I guess the best time to go depends on whether you'd prefer lighter crowds or whether you'd like to see the holiday theming.

we are going in february 2014 instead SO EXCITED even though I'm going to be 19 this yr but your never to old to love DISNEY. Disney will always have a specail place in my heart <3 thanks for the info xx
