Ed Grier Named As President of the Disneyland Resort

BURBANK, Calif. (AP) -- Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, a division of Walt Disney Co., said Tuesday it has named Ed Grier as president of the Disneyland Resort.

Grier, a 25-year Disney veteran, previously served as executive managing director of Walt Disney Attractions Japan.

Grier, 51, replaces Matt Ouimet, who is leaving Disney to join Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Grier's replacement in Tokyo will be named later, Disney said.

he has to of been one of the best presidents Disneyland has had!

Matt Ouimet might be having something to do with the wdw dolphin and swan due to them being starwood related as they  are curently going under a huge re-fit
