Restaurant opening times in Disney Village

Just a quick question - do the restaurants in Disney village tend to serve food all day or are there set opening times? We will arrive at NBC club around the 3pm check in time but the buffet there doesn't start until 6pm so I was thinking of walking through the village and choosing somewhere like Annette's. Will they be open for dinner at 4/5ish PM?

Yes Annettes will be open. So will most places. The only ones Im not sure about are the Steakhouse and Billy Bobs, I think they open at 6 too.
