I am deciding on where to eat during my next trip.
We already planned walts and chez remy for lunch. But we would like to do a good buffet on our second day. I can't decided between plaza gardens (had good experiences there) or cape cod (totally new for us).
Does any of you have any experience with one or both?

Thanks.

We ate at Plaza Gardens one afternoon during our last visit - it was ok, nothing more or nothing less really. Quite a selection but it wasn't particularly busy when we visited so the dishes were left sitting out for a long while, which put us off them! The tablets by the windows were all empty so we asked to sit there to catch glimpses of the passing parade - they declined and sat us elsewhere, and then proceeding to fill the window seats with every party that came in after us. I was pretty miffed about that! I doubt I'd return.

No experience of Cape Cod I'm afraid.

I have eaten at both Cape Cod (pre-NPB refurb) and Plaza Gardens. I think there may have been more choice at Plaza Gardens (it was a while ago that I ate there though). I would pick Cape Cod over Plaza Gardens though. I always think it's nice to try some where new too.

We ate at Plaza Gardens a few weeks ago and the food was pretty dreadful, nowhere near as nice as it used to be.  La Grange @ Billy Bobs in Disney village was much much nicer.  More choice and fresher.

I heard more negative things about plaza gardens the last time. To bad. It was a really good restaurant just a few years a go.

Your right it is always nice to try something new. I am just wondering if it is worth the walk (read: and time not in the park because I have to walk)

thanks for the tips
