Hi everyone just home from a fabulous time at DLP 4 nights stay at Santa Fe and for a 2star hotel it suited our needs as come 9.30 we were all asleep refreshing for the following day with 3 young children

Looking to return but not sure where to get the best deals etc? We wouldnt mind paying a little more for a closer hotel although this isnt essential as we would enjoy it just the same back at Santa Fe.
Have phoned around and the price has almost doubled for the same package we had this year 4 nights 5 day park ticketes and half board! -  we did self drive which we would do again

Any help/tips with booking would be great.

Looking to go again round about September/October 2 adults 3 children , aged 3 4 and 6 at time of travel.

One of the issues is that your youngest ine was unde 3 this time so you were able to share a single room for the entire family. Mext yesr, with three persons over 3 you have to book two regular rooms or one family room for 6. That comes much more expensive.

If you're happy to drive I highly recommend davy crockett ranch, which is about 10 minutes from Disney, but still a Disney owned property, and has a pool etc, we found we could have 7 days at davy crockett for the same price as 4 or 5 at one of the other hotels.  It also means you have a little cooking area, and 2 separate bedrooms within the cabin, but still plenty of space.  Another option is to wait until the 25% off and free board becomes available for next year.....if it does
