I know that you can call the call center and ask for some presents that you will find in your room when you will arrive. I don't know the costs but I know they are pretty expensive.
You can also book a birthday cake in a restaurant. The waiter will come with the cake and sing the happy birthday song. I don't remember the exact cost, maybe around 30 euro.
Don't forget to go to City Hall: they will give your friend the birthday sticker and she will get a very special phone call!! This is free!
