Hi there,

First post on the forum but have been reading the site for many months now gathering tips for my trip in September.  
I have booked the hotel direct with Disney and decided to add the VEA shuttle to my booking, and although I have recieved my confirmation emails for the hotel, I have not had anything regarding the VEA tickets. Is this normal or do I have to get in contact with Disney? I wasn't sure whether they send the tickets separately a few days later or whether I should go to the VEA counter when I arrive in Paris. One last question, what is the actual procedure for getting to the VEA shuttle? Do I go straight to the coach and present the ticket to the driver, or do I have to 'check in' at the VEA counter.
