A friend of me uses this service very often and everything was ok. She told them what she want to have and a week later she got what she want.

Hi Bellafan,
Don't know whether you took the plunge yet but in case you're still wondering, I used it last year to buy 'From Sketch to Reality' and thought they provided excellent service. The cost of p & p was very reasonable but unfortunately, the book was damaged when it arrived   :cry:  . They covered the cost of returning it (v. expensive as book is quite heavy) and sent out a replacement straight away (better packed that time!). Hope that helps

I've used the service to buy Few CDs over the years and always found them both courteous visa email and efficient in the actual service - I'd recommend it to anyone.

Has anybody used this yet? I really want to, I want to order some baubles and Vinylmation from there, but heard nothing back from them, emailed them a couple of days ago.

I think the service would work a lot better if there was a catalogue of products or something.

I would definitely use it, as I love to collect the snowglobes, the thing is though, unless you have recently been to the park then how do you know what is available and what you want to order? Maybe I'm misunderstanding how it works though.
