She will love it!! If you get a chance just to see if you can find out the brunch theme but I don't know if they will tell you that early depends when you are coming home as DLH have newsletters that tell you everything that is happening in the hotel so it would be on there. Ohhh and if there is halloween music playing in the parks :D have a lovely time!!
