There's lots of rumours around the minute about Disney-MGM Studios getting Disney's California Adventure's "Block Party Bash" parade.

People seem pretty confident that the Stars and Motor Cars parade won't be lasting much longer, despite the fact that they're about to add two new cars - from Pixar's "Cars" - to it.

So it sounds like next year will bring a big shuffle round of parades, with Block Party Bash going to MGM and... Stars and Motor Cars to WDS?  It definately seems much much more likely now.

Ooow I definitely want Block Party Bash in our studio and let MGM keep their crappy car defilé. Plus, the PIXAR theme woudl perfectly fit our Toon Studios!

Urrghh!  No!  Keep Block Party Bash away from DLRP!

Not only is it ugly and cheap-looking, but the people in the Paris parks just *so* wouldn't get it.  The whole parade seems to be based on people clapping and dancing along to the performers and enjoying that "interactive" element... people in DLRP have trouble tapping their feet to Dancin' (A Catchy Rhythm)!

That's my opinion, anyway...  :lol:

I'm not sure anymore.  I didn't like the parade either, but I'm starting to change my mind.  It has a Kids Carnival feeling.  Maybe if they could upgrade it to a European level (music & dance style) it could work!  Imagine how many new characters we would get  :twisted:
