Does anybody know what parade will be on after the 15th Anniversary has finished?
And if any other big events are happing in the next few years?

Disney's Once upon a Dream Parade.  The 15th Anniversary continues until 2009.

It's not for three years, just two (April 2007-April 2009), this is because there was such a huge demand for trips, mainly because of the fantastic marketing strategy and the popularity of the the whole celebration. :wink:
