Hello

I was searching and searching, but could not find the list of releases for the classic fairytale DVDs. I know that the following few are already available again:
Dumbo
Pinnocchio
The Little Mermaid
Lady and the Tramp
Peter Pan
Robin Hood
Pocahontas
Jungle Book (just released here in holland)
The Little Mermaid 2 (these are not classic, but very cool I think)
Lady and the Tramp 2
Peter Pan Return to Neverland


These are some of the releases I remember, but my question is where I can find the release dates for,
Little Mermaid 3
Monsters Co.
Snow White
Beauty and the Beast
Sleeping Beauty
Aladdin

If anyone knows, please notice.
And if possible, the dates for holland too.
Because I'm really excited about Little Mermaid 3!
And the dates between when these were released, and when they be released again, would be (as said) 7 years!

I hope you guys can help.

Expect to see releases something like this:-

Autumn / Winter 2007

The Jungle Book - confirmed

Spring 2008

101 Dalmatians - confirmed

Autumn / Winter 2008

Sleeping Beauty - DVD & Blu Ray - confirmed

I would imagine they'll then continue with 2 platinum / special edition releases every year, appearing on both DVD and Blu Ray from Sleeping Beauty.

There were originally only going to be 10 platinum titles.

Snow White
Beauty and the Beast
The Lion King
Aladdin
Bambi
Cinderella
Lady and the Tramp
The Little Mermaid
The Jungle Book
101 Dalmatians

They decided to add:-

Peter Pan
Sleeping Beauty
Fantasia
Pinocchio

So, for 2009, expect to see them either release Pinocchio and Fantasia, neither of which have had a 2 disc release - although Fantasia had the 3 disc Fantasia Anthology, which was almost as good.

Or, expect them to release one of those, and start reissuing the other films. I could see them putting out Snow White in Autumn / Winter 2009 and Beauty and the Beast in Autumn / Winter 2010, which would mean a Princess film is released every year coming up to Christmas for the next 3 years.

Possibly every year for the next 6 years.

2008 - Sleeping Beauty
2009 - Snow White
2010 - Beauty and the Beast
2011 - Aladdin
2012 - Cinderella
2013 - The Little Mermaid

We'll have to wait and see, but I could see them doing something like that with the schedule.

On hmv.com they have added a product description for
The Aristocats special edition,
being released in Feb 2008.

An Aristocats special edition was supposed to be coming out in 2007 in the US, but was pulled and delayed. So this will be the UK version of that, it was supposed to be a 2 disc special edition.
