Oh yes. He looks weired. Maybe there is a problem with the projection system. But most people will not recognize it. I had to look twice and check it with my pictures.

love this ride. went on it for the fiirst time in october and used extra magic hours, so went on in 10 minutes. i didn't know it spinned until halfway through the ride

I'm surprised to see that, an entire year after I first wrote about it, Disney still haven't fixed Buzz's misaligned projection face. He's not supposed to have that black "chin strap" and his features are distorted:
