We're looking to stay at Davy Crockett at May Half Term. Does anyone know if the "Pay 2, Stay 2 Free" is likely to be available in the near future, as that's the offer that is the most use to us.

I don't know about the Pay 2 stay 2 offer but we got a 6 person cabin in Davy Crocketts for 3 nights in June on booking.com for €425.

For how many people, and presumably not including park tickets?

5 people(2 adults 3 kids) no tickets will be getting annual passes when I'm over there.

It's 3 nights starting Monday 10th June, it's more expensive if you go over weekends obviously.

The current 25% off deal seems 11th Feb so the 2 nights free may follow.  I've heard that other countries sites can have different offers, so worth trying them

Sorry, I should have said that offer date is on the UK website
