Hi guys - can anybody tell me if Bistrot Chez Remy allows you to substitute a starter with a dessert instead, when dining there?  I'm really keen to try this restaurant because the theming looks great, but can only really stretch to the 'Remy Menu' which I noticed specifically says starter and main.  I don't like any of the starters on the menu, and just wondered how much flexibility there was there.
