Arriving at Disney on Sunday. Can I use my vouchers for either lunch or dinner? Also what are the face value of the vouchers? And lastly what village restaurants wont accept the vouchers.

You can use your vouchers for either lunch or diner. there is no real difference between the two in disneyland paris. It is the same menu or buffet but on an other time.
You can only use them at Disney owned restaurants. that are al the restaurants in the parks and hotels, and cafe mickey, le grange at billy bobs, Annette's diner and the steak house in the village. (I hope I don't forget one). So not at planet Hollywood, rain forest cafe, earl of sandwich, king Ludwig and mc donalds.

Don't know about the face value but I think it is around 25 euro's each. You can always ask at the restaurants or your hotel lobby,

You can always use your vouchers at face value to pay for a plus or premium restaurant. You cant however combine two vouchers to pay for one more expensive meal, of buy two (cheap) counterservice meals with one voucher. It is always one voucher for one meal. You can decide to use it for a cheaper meal at an counter service restaurant, but most cast members will be really surprised if you do since you don't get any cash back.
