Looking for a Disney movie's name

I can not remember this film i watched about a month ago and wondered if anyone might no what its called.

Its a film when a man goes to see walt disney to show him an idea for a new cartoon but instead of sticking with the guide he goes around the whole studio and finds out how it all works and at the end he sees Walt Disney and finds out they had already made the idea he had.

It went along the lines of that. Anyone no the name of it ?

It is a mixture of live action and animation.

It was available on DVD in the Walt Disney Treasures in America, as part of Behind the Scenes of the Walt Disney Studio's. Don't know if it's had a R2 release.
