Hi everyone

I've seen that there are two car parks near Ashford Station.. car park D and Station parking.  Can anyone recommend which one.. is one easier to get to than the other?  Is one closer to the train station than the other?

They're both very close to the station. As a local resident I generally park in Car Park D which is a short (5 min) walk away. Generally for longer term stays people park in the multistory. To get here you drive past car park D and follow the road round to the left (turning off right takes you to the station entrance). The walk from the multi storey is about the same but you access the station via a covered bridge.

Just to note, the entrance to the parking areas is served by barriers now. You drive up, stop at the line and it reads your number plate. On the way out you stick your number plate in the ticket machine and it works out the charge. No more paper tickets. This system sounds simple enough but I've seen countless people muck it up since they installed it!
