Hey, guys, my partner has lost is AP we know you can get a replacement for 25 euros but not sure how you go about it. We are next going on the 6th June and was wondering if there is a way to sort this in person.

There is an email address to contact. As they will have all his details should be easy to arrange another to be sent or pick up at the park. Unless someone gives it to you first I will post a reply in the morning as dont have paperwork to hand.

You will need to include all your details and a copy of your id plus a cheque for €25. I would try their web page first to see if there is a phone number. You may be able to pay over the phone then send the rest by post. Turnaround is maximum 21 days. Good luck.
