Just browsing on google maps and noticed the LARGE amount of land that is taken up by Autopia . I'm sure Disney would scrap it if need be , as they are planning on doing in Tokyo and Hong Kong . Wondering if any one would really miss it if they demolished it and built an entirely new section of Discoveryland.

I'd miss it! It's so retro but all.my family love it and it always has huge queues so it appears a popular one

We would miss it. Love this ride, makes my kids feel so grown up driving.

I've never done the Parisien version, and I appriciate the nostalgia for the attraction. However.. like you say Aaron, its a heckuva lot of prime real estate. Time for it to head to Yesterland.

The €60m question is.. what could replace it?

My family would miss it! We go on at least once per trip! It's a classic.

I do enjoy this ride but in the years I have been going often found only the lower track open suggesting capacity isn't being used. Seems daft for the amount of land it covers. I'd miss it if it went but cant help but feel the land could be better used.

As for what, well based on how Star Wars is taking over how about the bodies of the cars are replaced with sand speeder bodies, little bit of re-theming on the land scape and you have Sand Speeders across Tatooine. (Before any one asks I am banned for suggesting this, it's a joke although.... )

Autopia is one of the few rides I've never done, so I wouldn't miss it. I suppose it's good for the little ones, but I don't find it particularly exciting.

not particularly fond of this ride and it indeed takes up lots of space when you look at it on Google Maps. Star Wars Land, anyone?

^Well they'd at least get two thirds of it in there (if they use the Pizza Planet area as well).

I'd say "Project Big Bird" (the unnamed Millenium Falcon attraction) and perhaps some of the themed areas at the very least.

too bad that the Jules Verne's theme is slowly disappearing cause Disney Sea's Journey to the Center of the Earth would go well with most things there

I'd love to see that transfer over. A 'new' non-IP based E-ticket attraction though? Hmmm if only.

I wouldn't miss it at all!!! it's the worst attraction in Disneyland Park
