Hi, we are planning a Sept/October trip to DLP.
I have checked dates for the start of the Halloween which is 1st October.
Can someone please let me know if we would get both normal parades/shows before the 1st Oct and then as from the 1st the halloween parades/shows? Or will we be in the middle of them settig up for this?

Appreciate any help (any other information on this time at dlp is welcome)

Having been to the park late September (and going late September again this year), it is likely that you'll see the Halloween decorations become more and more apparent at the start of every day.
They do most of the work when there are no people in the parks.

I doubt they'll be doing both parades / shows though, likely only the standard ones, not those for Halloween.

Seasonal shows will only start from the season date e.g 1st October. You will however be able to see both from that date. The clever plan is to see the regular parades and shows prior to the 1st of October and then go on the empty rides when they are repeated after the 1st!😉

Yes, Slimy yet satisfying...this is what I meant... if I arrive before the 1st I can catch the normal shows/parades... then as of the 1st October I can see the seasonal (Halloween) ones.

Sounds like a plan to me! 😀
