Is there a place to find the hours that restaurants are open?  Also, are there hours when the buffets in the parks are closed between lunch and dinner service?  Thank you

You can check restaurant hours here https://disneykindofday.blogspot.ie/p/blog-page_25.html they currently list November and December 2016. The restaurant hours get released in 3 month blocks, so at the end of December they will list the hours for January, February and March 2017

The restaurants do not close between lunch and dinner. They just have an opening time and a closing time. Some restaurants, especially in The Studios close alot earlier than others

Is there anywhere that lists closing times for the hotel restaurants (Hunters Grill in particular)?

Search for the menu. Opening hours are written at the top of each restaurants menu.

I think generally from experience, the hotel restaurants are open 6pm-10:30pm.
